Our experience in your hotel was great. Staffs were amazing and kudos to an amazing room service staff named Mariana she is a very great worker and always smiling when doing her Job and she was very helpful during our stay. The attendants at the bar were very helpful with the supply of ice cubes anytime we request for it both day and night. The Air condition was not the best but we asked for a fan and we got one for our room throughout our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were amazing too. The receptionist also were amazing. Overall I will always come back to this hotel if needed. Less I forget the room size is absolutely everything I will recommend this hotel to anyone around me.

I think the hotel is very good and the staff are very helpful and professional. The room was very comfortable and I felt very relaxed after my stay.

This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.

We were there for a wedding, lovely room amazing power shower, lunch and service excellent, grounds beautiful, a little oasis in the country. Wedding superb, staff went over and above with service and worked so hard Breakfast plentiful and very fresh again great service would highly recommend Didn't use the spa so cannot comment
