Perfect stay in London! Absolutely clean and comfortable, the location is great too, convenient for transportation to every spots.

We stayed at A Taj Hotel for three nights and overall felt very satisfied. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a prime location. The hotel staff were very friendly and friendly. If I come to London again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

我們帶幼兒的一家三口住了7晚，初到時對位置比較失望，因為離地鐵站15分鐘距離，而且不在繁華大街上，而是位在小區的大街上，可是住了多天，認識了酒店附近就喜愛上這酒店位置了，走5分鐘，無論在前方或後方，都有好味的小館酒吧，走15分鐘就到著名的Borough market，附近也有美味的餐廳。 飯店附近有2個好玩的playground ，Borough站也有一個很大的playground，滿足幼兒的喜好。 The Shard 只有三間餐廳及觀景層，沒有商場，不是吃飯或高層觀光就不用去了。 酒店早餐美味，每天更換口味，新鮮熱呼呼的麵包，個人覺得十分滿意。 酒店職員親切，主動聊天像家人，可是查詢附近餐廳，的士或租車公司就沒有資料提供，也不會幫忙查找，要靠自己處理。 洗衣房衛生良好，機器頗新，沒有異味。 房間每天打掃及清潔，提供毛巾，基本衛浴清洗液。 我會推薦行程輕鬆的朋友。 最後，最近租車地點在waterloo station，酒店附近有24小時£35的停車場。

I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me?
