The hotel has excellent view and setup. But it locates at the east side of island. It's hard to find taxi. So you'd rent motorcycle, otherwise you have to rely on the transportation from hotel, which is expensive.
The restaurant in hotel provides decent food and service. It may sound a bit expensive than other places in the island. But the food quality is very good, and worth it.
Overall we are satisfied for our stay. The hotel management needs to improve service, though some employees are very helpful. On the day before my flight from Trat airport, I checked with their manager, who told me only 2 hours ahead are enough, which is very wrongful. I left hotel 3 hours ahead our flight, but the time was not enough. The driver helped to lead us to another ferry, so we barely caught our flight.
