This beautiful property was not your standard Quality Inn looking hotel. It's a historic, charming place with a beautiful lobby, good restaurant and bar, clean spacious rooms and a wonderful staff. From the parking valets to the front desk everyone was professional and friendly. We especially want to point out Sylvie our server in the restaurant for breakfast each day. She was so welcoming and upbeat! It was a great day to start our day. She even remembered what we ordered each day. I would recommend staying here since it's conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and all the historic sites to see in the city.

Beautiful hotel. The breakfast restaurant was rather slow and when an issue arose did not deal with it as well as one would expect from a 5 star place. Their bar place also gets filled up quickly. Stay here but eat elsewhere.

Having a room next to the lift made for a consistent noise throughout much of the night.

If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!
