“Great location, quiet, value for money and hotel bed/mattress was comfortable, however it was on a spant, as in the top of the bed was sloping backwards which i guess is due to the age of the place. Staff friendly, bed comfy, but slight little things like paint on curtains, low pressure shower and sloping bed, but for the money it is honestly spot on”

“Had a lovely stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We booked this accommodation due to its close proximity to the Scarborough Open Air Theatre and would 100% come back here again if we go to another concert there 😀”

“Although staff were friendly, I was left waiting for an issue to be resolved and had to go back to the bar myself and still wasn't served quickly. I felt they were more interested in locals than guests. Dangerous outdoor stairs, slippery and ill lit, and very scruffy corridor to rooms which worried me. Booming from bar coming from door marked private right opposite rooms til midnight on a Monday, from the afternoon. Thus I couldn't be in, couldn't sleep, and it wasn't very warm. Very dangerous……

“Great location, fab pool and jacuzzi, sadly steam room not open. Wonderful games room. Quality breakfast and to end the stay the best afternoon tea 'sunday roast style'. Will definitely return.”
