“Direction by the hosts was spot on! Upon arrival we were a little early but as our room was ready they let us check in straight away. Staff were all super friendly and even offered to bring our bags in. Full guide or room was given. “Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. “We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. ”

“It's student halls and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, good wifi and shower. I had to ask the night security for bedding, towels and toilet roll & all was solved quickly. There isn't parking on site, there are paying car parks but it does add a bit to the overall price, as all streets are permit, just if helps for planning time and trip.
