“Inside where the capsules were it was about 35 degrees. The pod had air but was just circulating the already hot air from the room so did nothing. The pod was ok but dust was found. The bathroom wasn't the best but this be down to other people that used it previously. ”

“When it comes to customer service, WOW! They really make sure their guests are taken care of. I originally had a two night stay booked but got held up in Lublin. A Polish friend of mine contacted the hotel, spoke with someone and they kindly said no problem, just to let them know when I would be arriving. On my day of check in, I contacted Wojtek to let him know my train had mechanical issues and I was running late. He said no problem. Then once I did get to Warsaw there was an accident near……

“This is a bit far away from the bus station & old town but the traffic is convenient. People in the reception are nice. All of the facilities in the hostel are nice.”

“Amazing central location with great public transport links on the doorstep. Comfortable bed, great to have a sofa to chill out on. Room was clean and decked out to a high standard. Fantastic bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Only complaint was not the best soundproofing and kept awake by the amorous couple next door two nights in a row. If soundproofing could be improved it’d be perfect.”

“靠近動物園，可以走路過去。其他舊城景點也可坐電車過去，很方便。房間很滿意，但自動開了暖風機，又未能關閉，有點熱。”

“Nice male receptionist who is not only patient of answering queries from those hostel guests but also provides lots of local sightseeing information to us (e.g. bus routes no., local restaurants & best sightseeing places). Nice location if you'd like to stay close to the Old Town and lots of nice restaurants in Nowy Świat (the street name) which only takes 5-8 mins from the hostel to the street.”
