“Arrived at midnight due to the delay of the flight. Staff at the front desk is very helpful.”

“The beds were very comfortable, spacious room. I had booked a suite with a spiral staircase that held another bed and TV thinking it would be perfect for our adult disabled son with autism as we weregoing to be there 5 nights. After 1 night he was too agitated about it, and due to physical constraints of my husband and I, we couldn't be going up and down those stairs. We checked with the front desk and Marianna was so helpful and assured us they could make a room change for us. We left to go……
