“The place is dated and some areas like steps are in dire need of repair, however, what impressed us were the staff as they would go out of their way to really accommodate our needs. Service is top notch. Our families enjoyed swimming in the pools while my besties and I get to have our quality time catching up to news.”

“It was late night reservations and I am very tired. I called the attendant before arriving at the hotel and he was able to confirm my booking and assign a room. Check-in was fast. Property is secured. Theres a starbucks around the corner and McDonald's beside it. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. Vista Mall is also in front of the main street.”

They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability. I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative……
