“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”

“Stayed just for one night before an early flight. I was very impressed. Nice, clean room, friendly staff, easy drive to Gatwick. Only gave a 3 star for staff as the barman was obviously very new and hadn’t yet been taught all he needed to know. I would recommend.”

“Stayed for one night for my connection flight,the hotel is right across to Gatwick AIRPORT North,which is very convienent to catch your flight if u flying from N,even south terminal 3 min with free automated shuttle train,the hotel staff there for u to help, but,the hotel is outdated,smell wasn't so plesant,but bathroom very clean looking and the bed was comfi,I would still recomend for short stay,”
