“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“The interior of the property is lovely as is the front of the building. However when you pull into the back parking lot the first impression is disappointing. That would be my only negative comment. The staff very friendly, the rooms clean, very nice bathroom. ”

“Lovely boutique hotel on the river. A little hard to find especially as I arrived after midnight. However they waited up and showed us to our rooms. Excellent breakfast also.”
