“We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! The kitchen is nice and has most items needed for a simple meal. A larger cutting board, foil……

The view was relaxing, and the location was perfect—right by the fishing pier with a front-facing water view. Plus, the pool and close proximity to the beach really added to our overall experience. “We really enjoyed our time here! My family fished off the back deck for a good portion of the trip. It was about 5 miles from Rockport's public beach access. Our party had 9 people and we stayed here 3 nights. We would definitely stay here again. It was in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Of note, the third bedroom with the bunkbeds was a separate downstairs room from the house, with a separate entrance, key, and bathroom. This room also has a small AC unit and remains much warmer than the rest……
