“Hotel excelente, cama confortável, extremamente limpo, bem decorado, café da manhã muito bom, com itens de qualidade e bem variado. Todos os funcionários foram atenciosos conosco, inclusive permitiram o late check out por 1 hora sem custo adicional. É bem localizado, próximo ao centro histórico, mas fora da ZTL, com acessibilidade para hóspede de mobilidade reduzida. Não tem estacionamento próprio, mas tem parceria com um estacionamento público próximo, pelo custo de 5 euros/dia. Gostamos muito……

“Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole weekend all'Hotel dei Basiliani a Otranto e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La struttura è curata, accogliente e situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e il mare. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, la colazione varia e di qualità, e tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. È stato un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Se torneremo a Otranto, prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione questa struttura.”

“Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe am Zentrum, max. 5 Gehminuten. Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse macht bei schönem Wetter auch abends noch Spaß. Schön war auch der große Parkplatz für die Autos, gleich gegenüber und immer freie Plätze.”

“I loved this property…they had to switch us to a neighbouring sister property which we loved. Clean, comfy beds, attentive staff, great dip pool, quiet and convenient location in the heart of Gallipoli. Antonio was fabulous and helpful. I absolutely would stay here if I return to Gallipoli and I am looking forward to staying any other property they have.”

“Hotel Hermitage was a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was decently spacious. Parking was easy-on site. The property was generally well kept and clean. The bathroom I had appeared to be relatively newly renovated, however it did need a new shower head as a lot of the rubber ends where the water comes out had calcified so the water pressure wasn't very good, or sprayed out in all sorts of directions. Breakfast was a little bit underwhelming. It was basically bread……

“This hotel was our saviour after a bad experience on another holiday booking app. We booked last minute and they were the kindest, helpful and friendliest staff you could imagine. Especially Flavia. Great location, spotlessly clean, good air con, parking free down the road but limited but they do offer paid parking outside for €12 a day. You can walk to the old town in 10 mins. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, Lavish gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, she went above and……
