“The staff was very accommodating and courteous . The young lady in the reception not sure her name my guess is Lina and the guy who prepared our pre packed breakfast for our very early trip to Florence excellent service. The location of the hotel very convenient walking distance to St Peter Basilica.”

“我们意大利之行的第一天入住该酒店，因是早班飞机，八点多就到了酒店，服务人员很热心，为我们提供了周边游玩景点，待我们三点多回到酒店时，已经安排好了房间，并在房间桌子上冰镇着一瓶赠送给我们的香槟。傍晚值班的服务员得知我想为我先生策划第二天生日的惊喜时，给了很多很好的建议，并提前安排好第二天早上我们在用早餐时，由餐厅的领班和两位服务员一起送上鲜花、蛋糕和生日祝福，给了我先生一个Big Surprise。该酒店服务特别周到，地理位置优越，可步行达到很多著名景点如西班牙广场等，但酒店还很安静。”

“It’s at a good location, in walking distance to most of tourist attractions. Good quality breakfast everyday with a nice view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was a little bit old but cleanness is more important to me. ”

“罗马整体十分破旧 酒店本身也没有很干净 不太能理解意大利的酒店被子都是那样的 太难受了特别是这个酒店的。然后洗了衣服挂在浴室门上housekeeper还强行把门关上一点都不make sense 早餐十分一般 酒店离梵蒂冈是蛮近的但是离其他景点都挺远的 离巴士站和地铁站也不近 不能理解罗马的城市税如此之高！！不推荐”
