“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“This was one of the best vacations we have ever had in this resort. The beach was one of the best I’ve spent 14 days at, the pool was nice too. The amenities they provided like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion all acqua Parma high end products. I had a spacious room and housekeeping came twice a day and did a great job. I attended a start of summer party which they did very well with everything included, live music, drinks and gourmet food from their restaurant Gusto, it was a……

“This hotel is sublime. The photos on the website do not do it justice. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and the staff are very helpful. The pool area is lovely and the shuttle to the private beach was incredibly convinient and luxerious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel is also well located and a five minute walk to local resturants and shops. 10/10. ”

“Very nice hotel outside the town. Relaxing pool area in a nicely made garden. Perfect location both for the beautiful town and the stunning beaches. Towels for the beach and pool, were changed every day. Service was high class. Spa was excellent. Breakfast was super good. Very nice hotel and resort. ”

“A nice 5* experience!!- we would love to come back! What a Beautiful place. We stayed 3 nights in deluxe room with sea view and good privacy! However, Make sure your reservation for the hotels two restaurants are confirmed before your arrival - they charge 48Euro to drive you 2 km to San Pantheleo. (each way) We did make our reservation in advance but they did not sign us up for the restaurants so one evening we ended up with room service which was 20euro plus 35 Euro for each cheese……
