“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“Great hotel for families! Lots to do including kids club, entertainment and live music at night. The shows were phenomenal and all the staff we encountered were fantastic. The food including the a la carte restaurants were good and catered well for our family despite there being a vegetarian and a gluten free member.”
