The 120m² Finca Tenplata consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a washing machine, as well as a portable radiator, which is available on request.

Outside, you will find a private garden, as well as a furnished terrace with both open and uncovered areas, along with a grill. From the outside area, you can see the sea, as well as the rugged interior of the island. The property also has a dog, four donkeys and chickens.

The nearest supermarket is in Tijoco Bajo, which is less than 10 minutes away by car (2.5km). Here you will also find a few other shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is the Playa de Erques, a beautiful rocky beach located at the mouth of a small stream just 5 minutes drive away (2km). Tenerife South Airport is less than 30 minutes away by car (30km).

The property has parking for 3 cars. Pets are allowed on request. No A/C. No baby bed or highchair available. The property needs to be accessed by car.
