“Overall everything is nice. Nice and spacious rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfasts! My only complaint is the noise from the street downstairs. Will be good to have some sort of sound blocking measures.”

“The breakfast was absolutely fantastic- can’t remember the last time I had such a comprehensive and delicious breakfast included with my room! My room was clean and quiet even though I was on a lower floor facing the street. Staff did a great job managing record heat by outfitting each room with fans. Desk staff was kind. Steps to fish market and funicular. Parking directly across the street should it be needed. ”

"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room.
Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good.
However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
"the location is good, walking distance to most of the sight seeing area. The room is small and not very clean. Dont go to the sea food market, it is for tourist , they charge us over price for the crab. "
