“Firstly, I'm not first time stay in this hotel, however this time they give me unforgettable memories. Please provide more customer service training for the staff, the front desk staff look like unhappy all the time, please smile for the guest”

“Very close to the bus station perfect for catching the morning bus to Pitvlice. Spacious room and modern equipment, also very sumptuous breakfast.”

“Loved the bathtub although it can be awkward using it in an open area with your family just around the corner. Some of the hooks in the room are attached to the wall using adhesive so they might not be strong enough to hold heavy winter coats. Would also have appreciated a couple more chairs for sitting since the sofa had been converted to a bed. Additionally, would be nice if there was also body lotion and conditioner since there was only a shampoo/shower gel combo provided. Great that there……

“Reception are very nice and friendly. The room is tidy and clean. The best thing is the train station is very close to the hotel, just need a couple minutes of walking and you’ll arrive. Also, across the road there are many shops, which you can almost buy everything you need. I’m surely recommend this hotel. ”

“虽然不在市中心，但是环境很棒，很静，睡得也很好。另外还有很大的停车位。早餐的话，由于住了两晚，服务生超级好，都会记住客人需要点么了，真的给他五星好评。下次过来，还是会来这边住。”

“Sauberes gemütliches Zimmer. Das Frühstückspersonal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Total süß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Stadtzentrum zu Fuß oder direkt mit S-Bahn in kürzester Zeit. Top bed and breakfast nur zu empfehlen👍👍 ”
