Very nice apartment with a view of the lagoon and the sea for 4 people, in a residence with a swimming pool, is located near the leisure island, as well as 230 m from Aqualand and Aquaparc.
One of the most beautiful beaches in Cap d'Agde, Rochelongue beach is 500 m away with its straw huts and restaurants.

There is no designated parking space but there are private spaces in the residence, you will be able to access the parking but we do not guarantee the space.

This apartment is composed of a bathroom with a shower and sink, separate toilet, a small equipped kitchen (a washing machine, 2-burner electric hob, a top fridge, a toaster, an electric filter coffee maker, a mini-oven, a microwave), a bedroom with 2 80 cm beds and a cabin with an 80 cm bed, dining area in the living room, lounge area with TV and a sofa bed with a view of the terrace.
The large bay window is equipped with an electric roller shutter.

Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are available to travelers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning supplies.

Television with French channels only.

The apartment does not have WI-FI, you can contact the agency which will offer you a WI-FI box (5 GB per day) at the price of €7 per day or €39 per week.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.
