“Deuxième sejour dans ce bel hôtel, la principale raison de notre fidélité est la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Jamais dans nos différents séjours a l'étranger, nous navons rencontré autant d'attention. ”

“Located near several restaurants and shopping stores. The Ménara Mall is about a 20 minute walk away. There is also a great coffee shop next door. And this hotel was a pick up stop for all the activities we chose that offered transportation. ”

“We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was great. If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. The staff is warm, inviting and authentic.”

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable J’ai pu commander un couscous alors qu’il n’était pas sur la carte (merci à Sofia) Le point à améliorer serait les horaires d’ouverture du petit déjeuner. 8.30 h c’est difficile quand on a des excursions… Les jardins sont magnifiques et la piscine chauffée est vraiment agréable en automne ! ”

“Das Essen war absolut Top wirklich sehr lecker und immer heiß.. Der Außen Pool ist angenehm warm und die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön.. es gibt viele TV Sender in allen möglichen Sprachen. Negativ war das der Aqua Park nicht beheizt wird und sehr kalt ist und das es im all inklusive Programm kein Eis für die Kinder gibt.”

“Our room was huge and amazing! I wish we could have stayed there longer because we felt like a family was welcoming us into their home. The staff was amazing and we were even invited back for tea and conversation…even though we were not staying there! It was difficult to locate with Google Maps, but Apple Maps got us there. Highly recommended!”
