“booked this property and received confirmation on check-in date and time of 3 PM MT. However, I wasn't even able to checkin. My checkin time was noted as 3 PM MT. I kept trying to find the Host contact info to check about check-in process/keys etc. However, I couldn't find the info and had to call Vrbo multiple time, remained on hold for long time and then finally I got the Host's contact info. Contacted host about 2 PM PT to confirm I can checkin by 3 and Host told me that the property is NOT……

“To start communication with the host was great - especially with the last minute possibility of my flight being canceled! The residence was exactly as shown in photos and very clean! The appliances are new, trendy, and work great. Felt very comfortable inside and safe - given the neighborhood is very safe as well! Access to good places to eat, shop, and travel into Calgary. Learned last minute the lights in the living room shelves! Great esthetic and cozy touch! Thank you for the hospitality!”

“I found street parking easily.
I slept well on a comfortable bed in a peaceful environment.
However, the place was superficially clean.
Bedrooms: neither bed looked like they had clean sheets. The beds both have a comforter without a cover and without a sheet between it and your body. This means that I shared the comforter with every other guest directly.
Kitchen: the microwave had food remnants in it.
The coffee maker had an old shriveled up coffee/tea bag still in it.
The electric hot……
