The room was clean and tidy and staff friendly and helpful. Hot water service in our room needs either an upgrade or some work as it was very noisy with the basin tap and you didn’t need to use cold water in the shower. But it was still plentiful, providing ample for 2 showers and certainly did the job. Would have no problem staying here again next time I’m needing accomodation in the area.

Stayed here for one night while driving the Great Ocean Rd. Great location and very friendly staff. The bed was on wheels which can be an issue if your partner is a restless sleeper.

The motel is near the Lighthouse and the main attraction. But the place is old and need to be refurbished. They need to provide more cutlery and bowls for customers to use. The staff do not replenish the tea/coffee/sugar samples if it is finished. The TV in our room do not work. We tried to call after hours number and we could not reach anyone 5 pm to 8pm). Customer service is very poor.
