Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room, but some areas looking tired (kitchen tap and loo seat both wobbly, door runner loose, fascia missing from fridge). Great location for accessing the old town, very quiet and felt safe as a solo traveller.

It’s an apartment hotel but with many quality upgrades in terms of appliances and things required in a great area close to the center of town to walk but relaxed safe location.

Lack of water for over one day then. No hot water. No compensation offered in the middle of a huge renovation. Black mold visible. Paint smell everywhere. Don’t stay here until renovations are completed.

The hotel is tired and needs refurbishment. The apartment was small. The sheet did not cover the mattress nor did the quilt. You had to go hunting for spare toilet roll! On the plus side it was located near to the old city about 5 minutes walk

受付の対応があまりよく無かったです。滞在期間中（3泊）にタオル交換は1回のみ、とCheck Inの際に言われましたが、他の担当に交換は無しと言われました。 またトイレットペーパーの補充も無く、その都度受付にお願いに行くという不便さもありました。キッチンは食器は整ってましたが、食器洗剤などが無く、使い勝手が悪かったです。 水回りの清掃が完全でなく、汚れがありました。 Locationは最高でした。近所にスーパーマーケットもあり、便利でした。
