“We had a wonderful time at L’Alpage recently. It is such a beautiful cottage, in a very peaceful location… exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The accommodation itself was excellent, with the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities a big plus. A lovely stove and lots of wood meant we stayed warm every night. “Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. “Sejour satisfaisant. Meme si le logement est vieillot le couchage est confortable. Il y a le strict minimum, un grille pain et une cafetiere. Il n y avait pas de chauffage collectif donc un radiateur m a ete amené dans l heure . Il est indiqué logement non fumeur mais je pense que certains locataires n ont pas tenu compte de la directive. “A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez……
