"We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved fishing at the lower pond and swimming in the upper pond. Our dogs loved running around the property. Such a peaceful little getaway. We hope to return! "

The area was lovely and everyone was so kind. Communication with the host was top tier and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owner does an excellent job of communicating important information...better than any others that I have experienced. "I enjoyed my stay and the room and bathroom was very nice, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the room had an unplugged lamp, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, also there was no housekeeping available to clean the room and no do not disturb signs, also I didn’t know where to get extra towels and shower pads, I also didn’t feel safe with all of the people loitering around the parking lot and in the lobby…I wouldn’t bring my teenage daughter there with me."

"This property was perfect for our needs. It is a quiet lake with several options for entertainment in the area. The cottage had everything we needed and more. It was supplied with linens, towels, toiletries, yard chairs, fishing poles, a canoe, a flat bottom boat, paddle boards, a a couple of kids kayaks. The property was also very clean and had plenty of room to sleep 6. The host responded to any questions we had within a couple of minutes. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone interested in staying in the area. "

"We had a good stay property was clean. We were on the go most of the trip, close to Letchworth park."

"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"We always enjoy staying at Colleen's cabin and are grateful that she opens it for guests! It's a well-done hunting cabin that has a lot more comforts than others in the area. Loved the new appliances and spending mornings and nights on the deck. We bring a wifi hotspot from Simple Mobile and are able to get internet while we're there. "

"We had a great stay at Cabin Creek. It was exactly what we were looking for to kick off summer: private cabin in the woods, we did some "creeking" and saw waterfalls on the property, great big porch to grill and eat dinner outside, had nice fires among the fireflies and it was super close to Letchworth where we spent Saturday hiking. Dave gave us great recommendations for nearby dinner spots. It was the perfect laid back getaway. "
