“Tyler's weekend "wee" treat was an adorable little tiny house that was the perfect stay for a few nights. The tiny house looked exactly like the photos, and was on a very quiet dead-end road. It was a beautiful drive to get here! Since I was in the area for work, a basic kitchen and solid Wi-Fi were must-haves, and the tiny house did not disappoint. I was by myself, but you could comfortably fit two people. I'll be looking forward to staying here again the next time I'm in town! ”

“This was a last minute trip and I honestly didn’t have a whole lot of time to look at the listing before I booked it. I saw it had a hot tub and zip line and enough space for my family and that sold me.Check in was explained clearly. I did take a screen shot of the check in email, so I would have the information with us (we did not have cell service, so I was glad I did). “Green acres is such a gem in the cute town of Floyd! Surprised it was not full to the gills. Bruce the owner was kind and very accommodating. The pond was such a wonderful gift to escape from the heat stocked full of paddle boards and kayaks. The spring fed pond was full of nature. The inflatable trampoline provided hours of play for the kiddo’s and adult’s alike! The amenities were perfect. ”

“This is our second time to stay at this home for our annual family reunion. We are a large group and the home accommodated us beautifully. We especially enjoyed the covered porch - it had lots of seating and a pretty view of the property. The large yard was fun for corn hole competitions. Our family also enjoyed walking, jogging, and biking on the Huckleberry trail, conveniently accessed from the end of the driveway. The house feels secluded yet grocery stores are just a five or ten minute……
