Apartment 'Terrasses De Labrau - Res Piscine' with Mountain View and Balcony

The 30 m² apartment is located in one of the most beautiful residences in the region. This lovely 2-room apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people and is situated next to the Labrau chairlift, offering ski-in/ski-out access. The distance to the ski lifts is about 50 meters. Restaurants and shops are nearby.



The apartment faces south, does not allow pets, and is non-smoking.



For the summer season from July 1st to August 31st and the winter season from December 22nd to March 15th, you benefit from the following amenities:



- Indoor pool, children's pool, and hammam accessible daily from 11 am to 7 pm.

- Free shuttle 100 meters away.

- Fresh bread and pastries available in the morning at the residence reception area.

- Wi-Fi available for an extra fee, valid for one week and up to 4 devices.
