The living/dining room features a digital TV and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. One shower/WC is located on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of two rooms, each with a french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, both having access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a bath/WC on this level. The second upper floor houses another room with a french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and an exit to the terrace, along with a shower/WC.
