“This is an awesome condo in the middle of downtown St Louis. It is located around all kinds of fun stuff to do and has all the amenities you would want in a place to stay. Person living upstairs had a party and was loud late into the night but it was a Saturday night so just an FYI if you like total piece and quiet on a weekend ”

“We came in for 2 nights of shows at Chafeitz and this place was the perfect location. We could walk to and from the shows with ease. Great location to restaurants in the area. The place was like an art gallery with cool features throughout. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a rental. The host was very friendly and excellent with communication for check in and recommendations for good places to eat. Would 100% stay here again.”

“Good location for getting around to locations all over St. Louis. Walkable to metro link stop and parts of Forest Park! Be aware if you have issues with stairs as our unit was up several flights of stairs but overall a very clean quiet and convenient place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to work with! “We loved the charm of this 100 year old building and the proximity to the hospital where our Mother was being treated. The off-street gated parking is an added bonus! We found the suite clean, the beds comfortable with several different pillows choices. The bathroom and kitchen was amply stocked, and instructions well posted. “Worked great for our family trip down memory lane visiting our old haunts in St. Louis. Reminded me of the apartment buildings I lived in, with original hardwood floors, plaster walls, and all. Very convenient location to the Metro and Forest Park. The only drawbacks were the heat (top floor and probably some of the hottest days of the summer meant the A/C couldn't keep up) and the basement laundry. Housekeeping uses it from 10-3, but even then there were no washers/dryers open.”

“It’s very secluded from people and kind of hidden which I loved. Quite neighborhood and easy access to everything around. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. I loved the shower and it’s heated floors. It has many windows with great lighting. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing comforter and fluffy pillows. The only “problem” was there was no hand soap or hand towels so I had to go buy some hand soap and I left it behind for the next person. I would definitely book this place...
