La Niche Kanata Tremblant (260 Retour-aux-Sources)

This 600-square-foot, "luxurious mini-home" style chalet offers a symbiosis of nature and architecture with exceptional mountain views. The entire design was created by the architectural firm Atelier L'Abri. You'll be charmed by the imposing arch at the entrance and the windows, giving the impression of blending into nature. Its minimalist grandeur and cozy decor make it the perfect place for a romantic getaway.

This chalet is located in a private estate, 30 minutes from the Mont-Tremblant ski resort and 20 minutes from the town of Mont-Tremblant in the Laurentians, bordering the Outaouais.

Pet-friendly: This chalet can accommodate one (1) pets at a time (dog or cat only).
RULES FOR YOUR PET

We love pets and understand how difficult it is to find accommodation that allows them.

Here are the rules that must be followed:

• Type of animal accepted: dog and cat only;
• One (1) animal is accepted at a time in the cottage;
• A recent nail clipping, if possible, would be greatly appreciated;
• Room or access prohibited for your animal in the chalet: bedrooms;
• It is your responsibility to bring bowls for food and water, towels to wipe the paws as well as a blanket or small bed for your animal during your stay;
• It is forbidden to let your animal climb on the canapes;
• You are responsible for picking up your pet's excrement on the chalet grounds and during your walks;
• Your pet should not be left alone in the cottage unless confined in a cage provided by you;
• Your animal must be kept on a leash at all times;
• Please note that barking is considered excessive noise and measures will be taken to this effect (under penalty of expulsion).

Our chalet is thoroughly inspected and cleaned between each guest, which identifies damage and the presence of animals. Fees will be charged to you to cover any damage, breakage caused to the chalets, furniture, articles or other items, as well as any additional cleaning costs necessary at the end of the stay to restore the chalet to its original condition.

LIABILITY AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE SPA constitutes acceptance of the conditions and regulations:

It is IMPORTANT to make sure after each use of the spa that the WATER LEVEL is ABOVE the skimmer and that the cover is properly closed. If water level is below the skimmer, the spa will stop heating and will result in damage.

If the water level is not adequate, please notify the Club House.

**Any breakage related to misuse and/or non-compliance with these instructions will be charged to you**

** Please shower before and after your spa session**

Safety instructions

▪ To avoid health risks to bathers, never heat spa water above 104°F (40°C). Limit spa use to 20 minute periods to avoid nausea.

▪ Do not enter a spa while intoxicated or under the influence of medication that could cause drowsiness. If you are taking medication, consult a physician before using the spa.

▪ Since children are sensitive to high temperatures, they should use the spa with caution and always under adult supervision.

▪ Pregnant women should not use the spa without doctor's approval.

▪ Do not use electrical appliances near water.

▪ Hot water is an ideal source for the spread of infections. Do not use the spa if you have open wounds.

▪ Always use caution when entering or exiting the spa.

To a yoga corner in nature;
To its climbing wall member of the Fédération d’escalade du Québec; and
To direct access to the Parc du Corridor aérobique (58km multifunctional recreational course built on an old railway) for walking, biking (rental available) and snowmobiling.

Interaction with travelers:
The Customer Service team is on site at the Club House to welcome you during opening hours and on call in case of emergency.

Other information to note:

NEIGHBORHOOD PEACE – At all times, it is essential to respect the peace of the neighborhood. No excessive noise will be tolerated after 10:00 p.m. to avoid complaints. Fees for non-compliance with the regulations will be charged.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF GUESTS – At no time can the maximum capacity of guests exceed the number allocated to the chalet.

No Party.

The BBQ is available from May 1st to October 31st.

NO PETS, a fee of $200 + taxes per day will apply for the presence of an undeclared animal except for chalets allowing animals. Please note that barking is considered excessive noise and measures will be taken to this effect.

Private PARKING at the entrance of the chalet. NO permits on the side of the roads.

Our infrastructures are entirely NON-SMOKING, a fee of $200 + taxes per rental day will apply in the event of a violation of this regulation.

DAMAGE / BREAKAGE / THEFT - Fees may be charged to cover any damage, breakage or theft caused to the chalets, furniture, items or other, as well as any additional cleaning costs required at the end of the stay to restore the chalet.

Kanata Tremblant may terminate the rental at any time if the guest does not respect the conditions or violates the regulations in force.

Kanata Tremblant will not provide any financial compensation related to bad weather that may cause an interruption of satellite television, internet access, electricity or water. We make sure to do what is necessary to intervene quickly for any of these situations.

The Club House will be on your right a little higher.
