“The property was advirtised as a double and two singles, It was in fact a sofa bed with two singles and had it been properly advirtised I would not have elected to sleep on a sofa bed. It was also on level three - the third level of stairs were so steep you had to come down them backwards. Again this was not in the advirtisement and I would simply not have elected to stay had the advirtisement been accurate. The hotel staff were very good though and the location is excellent”
