安克波因特度假短租

“Wonderful, quiet cabin for our visit to Anchor Point. Host was responsive, helpful, and provided many thoughtful amenities.”

“This is a new property - 2 cabins. The host met us when we drove in and offered assistance if there was anything we needed. It is very quiet off the main highway. The appliances are all LG: gas stove with extra center burner, French door refrigerator with lower freezer, full size washer and drier. Several previous visitors had left items in the refrigerator: mustard, mayo, honey, salt, pepper and other spices. There is a table on the deck and a picnic table. We were very pleased with the……

“Loved everything. Only wish was that the bed was bigger in main room.”

“酒店位置非常好，无限海景”

“Loved the location, the peace and quiet next to the bay! Super spacious unit and very clean! Loved the bowl of candy that awaited our arrival! The bed was large and super comfy! It was perfect and I’d highly recommend staying here!”

“Beautiful and relaxing. Thank you from Fairbanks.”

“Home is just as described. Great location. If you are an older couple the couch folds out for a comfortable bed. I have knee issues and couldn't see myself climbing the steps. Juley is great to communicate with.”

“This place was gorgeous and perfect for a 2 night get away from Anchorage while my daughter was visiting from college. We got sunshine on the first night, some rain and wind on the second night, and took the ferry to Seldovia. I considered lodging there, but Homer ended up being perfect for a day trip to Seldovia (doesn’t take long to explore all of Seldovia). This location is the Perfect distance (about 10 minutes from the spit). In the morning on the bluff it was so foggy you couldn’t see the……

“We enjoyed our stay. Set up on the hillside above Homer, this property has amazing views of the bay and Homer Spit thru large open windows in the living room. Positives: -New home with modern appliances. Everything you could ask for including use of the washer and dryer. -Very clean-Extremely response host (The Arrival Co.) Responded to us on several accessions within the hour. -Again the VIEW!-Full use of the Jacuzzi on the lower deck that looks out over the bay. -Easy access to the town and……

“Great view and very comfortable. Spacious with an incredible view. The host was very responsive, which made check-in easy. I also loved that they had a full-size, high-quality washer and dryer. The shoes-off-at-the-entrance policy helped keep everything extra clean and made the space feel even more welcoming.”

“The host did not know we had a dog so is now charging”

“This property was perfect for our short stay in Homer! The place was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated/maintained! Steve and Charlene were amazing hosts and went above and beyond to help make our stay the best. We would recommend highly and will definitely be back!”

“The hot tub was crystal clear. Ocean views were spectacular; host was great and answered back promptly. The room was pristine, and the fireplace added a cozy feel. ”

“We felt like it was false advertising- we thought we had a kitchen so we bought a whole lot of groceries and never used them. We thought we had a bathroom and running hot and cold water. We thought we had a living room to sit and relax, we thought we had a view. The outside was extremely messy and unkept. The shower backed up with sewer and stepped in dog poop on our trail. We would never have chosen this had we known.”

“Beautiful quiet stay in Homer! The views from this home are spectacular. The house is beautiful and located in a nice quiet neighborhood, but also close to everything. We had everything we needed, plenty of bedding and towels for our group! I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having blackout shades in all the rooms since the summer days are long in Alaska, and that helped us all sleep better. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Homer!”

“Cozy granny type cottage with spectacular views and super comfy bed.”
