This cozy apartment in Girdwood offers lovely views of old-growth timber from the third-floor balcony and easy access to nearby ski slopes. It can be rented on its own or with the St. Moritz House as St. Moritz House & Apartment for larger groups.

Alyeska Resort is only a mile away, offering downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and more. In the summer, popular activities include rafting, sea kayaking, and hiking into surrounding glaciers and Chugach State Park. Day tours and excursions are also available, and local festivals include the Forest Fair in July and the Blueberry Festival in August.

This condo offers a full kitchen with a dishwasher, free WiFi, a wood stove, and a cable TV with a DVD player and library. Forest views can be seen out the windows.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
