Room was beyond expectations- Queen suite. I'm ready to move in if I could. Staff was very accommodating and suggested possible activities that fit into the time frame we had. Storage for suitcases provided and shuttle service to airport every half hour. Excellent place to stay.

The Puffin Inn is a dated property, but they have done a lot to try and make it nice. The continental breakfast is excellent & the staff friendly and helpful. It is a convenient stopover when visiting Alaska.

The property was located near the airport and close to the Lake Moose lodge which was ideal to walk to. The hotel is not in the best area of town but we were ok. Staff was nice. And the shuttle to airport was much appreciated.
