Assigned Parking Top Floor & 2 easy blocks to slopes

Timberline Condo 304 is located on top floor and has assigned parking. One block to ski slopes / bike trails. Views of the valley below from deck.

Condo has one queen size bed in each bedroom, and a couple of guests said the bed is too high not sure what that means especially since one bed is lower. Condo will ONLY sleep four there is NO sofa bed.

Kitchen has counter with seating for four. Living area and kitchen are open area. Living area has Smart Roku TV and WiFi

Living room has gas fireplace so again NO WOOD ALLOWED

Full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge / freezer.
Also comes with coffee pot, blender, toaster, crockpot, pots, pans, and dishware.

Condo comes with stacked washer/dryer and NO I do not provide laundry soap.

Great stay

Very clean, well-stocked (bathroom towels, pots and pans, cups/bowls/plates, flatware, etc.), quiet. I don't think we heard a single voice outside of our family during our stay. For those unfamiliar with Angel Fire, you can drive to the green or blue parking lots and park and then take the free shuttle to and from the base of the ski resort (during ski season, at least). Would stay here again.

Ski vacation

Great stay . Property was very clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to Angel Fire resort. We skied Taos 5 days which was less than a hour over the pass. The check in was easy and the unit had everything that we needed for our stay. I would recommend this place on your next New Mexico vacation.

A great stay in Angel Fire

This cute little condo is close to the ski resort and close to town. It’s got a small kitchen with a nice barstool area and a fireplace in the living room. It was a nice, quiet, and convenient place to stay for our family of four.

We had a great time at Angel Fire. Our co do was clean and the perfect distance to walk to the slopes. Our host was easy to communicate with and very nice.

Quick Trip

I took my 20 year old son and one of his friends to Angle Fire bc my son wanted to learn to snowboard. This house was PERFECT. Usually, you get to a rental and you expect it to be "less" than what pictures describe. This thing was better than I expected. So clean. Just perfect. Sheets and bedding were nicer than I have at home. Perfect location. 2 blocks from the parking lot at the lodge so it was just as easy for us to walk to slopes. Check in was a breeze. The boys could have slept together but one stayed on the couch. I just kinda holed up in my room with the master bath so they could have the rest of the condo. Fireplace was attached to the thermostat which was awesome! I want to even do that at my own home! I cannot give enough good reviews of this condo. I was making a mental list while we were there and I wish I would have written it down bc I am missing some stuff. Best location. Most comfort. Super clean. Easy. I will be back!

One night stay

Good for one night stay. Wish we knew we had to take cream for coffee. Had to open windows at night because it was hot. The shower was a little small for comfort. I didn’t see instructions for using the remote control.
