This beautifully designed four-bedroom home offers a relaxed and stylish escape for families and groups seeking space, comfort, and a touch of luxury. With expansive open-plan living, soaring ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows, the home is filled with natural light and coastal charm.  
  
The main living area flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen and dining zone, perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day at the beach. The master bedroom is privately located on the lower level with a spacious ensuite, while upstairs hosts three additional bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath. All bedrooms are fitted with split system heating and cooling, ensuring year-round comfort for every guest.  
  
A second living room on the ground floor is ideal for children, featuring a great selection of toys to keep them entertained. Step outside to a child-friendly garden, complete with a sandpit, grassy area, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, fire pit, and plenty of space for your four-legged family members—yes, this property is dog-friendly, so everyone can enjoy the holiday.  
  
Set in a peaceful location, the property backs onto the Anglesea Golf Course, renowned for its scenic fairways and popular kangaroo tours. From the back deck, guests can enjoy nightly visits from local kangaroos, adding a truly magical touch to your stay.
