“Nous étions 3 amis à partager l’appartement pour une Spartan race. Tout est conforme à l’annonce, le logement est propre, fonctionnel et cosy. Petite terrasse avec jolie vue.Entrée et arrivée autonomes, parking en face de la résidence. Bonne communication avec Fabrice tout au long du séjour ainsi qu’en amont. Localisation proche du centre de Morzine.Aucune mauvaise surprise, vous ne serez pas déçu.”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und neu eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist groß, es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon ist wirklich toll. Leider ist das Objekt noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt, die Zuwegung zum Haupteingang gleicht noch einer Baustelle, die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist nur geschottert. Aber die Wohnung selbst ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten unsere E-bikes mit, sodass der Anstieg vom See zur Wohnung gut zu……

Chalet cozi bien agencé ou rien ne manque et fonctionnels .
On aime bien la station et on a enfin trouvé 1 pied a terre ou revenir car hôte ,gîte et emplacement super .

“The location was great. Close to a grocery store and very walkable to the city center and the lake. We appreciated the kitchen and we were able to cook several meals there. We would stay here again if we come back to Geneva. ”

"Amazing new boutique hotel right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 so rooms and nice and not dated. However it provides basic amenities. No Fridge and no kettle. If you wish to have a room with air conditioner, they're only a few of them on the 5th floor in the new building. so be sure to call them which room type has AC before you book and confirm with them after you made booking . The summers are extremely hot in geneva, im thankful i got a room with AC.
There are bars and restaurants right below the hotel , its literally 10 steps into the main street and 20 steps to bus stops. Can't recommend this hotel better. My best option in GVA recently! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. "

"I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day."

"酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。"
