“This place was so clean, stylish and comfortable! The location was great, walkable to lots of local cafes and restaurants. Easy access to highways too. The host’s communication was great too. I traveled with two of my kids (teenagers) and they loved it too. Would definitely book again.”

“The automatic information sent about the property was detailed and sent on time. I sent a couple of inquiries asking if there were extra towels or blankets and those inquiries went unanswered. The apartment was very clean and the sheets were soft. If you enjoy a hard mattress, this is perfect for you. Bed was too hard for me and I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch because it was painful. Rest of my family also found the beds to be too hard to be comfortable. Soundproofing of……

“Great neighborhood. Very clean and cozy home. ”

“It was perfect for our trip. Thank you for a wonderful visit!”

“We had a great time and a unique experience! The dock location was nicely kept; convenient parking; and quiet and peaceful.”

“This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a private, cozy place to stay, in a nice residential neighborhood, look no further.”

“The apartment was charming and conveniently located. We were able to park on the street most days, but made use of the provided parking pass (once) for the area across the street. We were able to walk to the Brown bookstore and restaurants within a few minutes and the neighborhood was beautiful with stunning East Coast architecture. We were able to fit 5 people into the apartment comfortably (3 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child). There is a Whole Foods nearby. The private patio was perfect for……

“This is a great location if you are looking to go to the stadium for a game. Easy/safe walk to the stadium. There are some great walkable restaurants close by also. The communication was great with the host.”

“Let me start by saying this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented! The property is beautiful and spacious, it is walking distance to the historical downtown area with shops, restaurants and views. The building itself is historical and amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Jennifer is very accommodating and communicated right away when needed. She was wonderful, we will be back and we will be trying for any of her properties again! One of our best Vrbo experiences by far!”

“Home was clean and decently maintained.Host was responsive and available when needed. Worked with us on staying an extra night when we realized we entered the wrong checkout date. Parking was tight with a minivan, a small car would probably have no issues with parking. One of the bedrooms is on the smaller side and with the bed being larger, it makes it difficult to access the closet and the other side of the bed is up against a wall. Home is advertised as sleeps 10 but realistically……

“What a great little property in a great location and in a great area. Was there with another family for my son’s lacrosse tournament so we weren’t able to spend as much time as we wanted to but the house and dock and views were amazing and would 1000% rent again. Hosts were responsive and very nice!”

“Staying at Jennifer's apartment in Providence was very convenient with easy access to the interstate, enabling my husband and myself to visit our Rhode Island friends and relatives. Also, it was close to all the wonderful restaurants on Federal Hill; I suggest reservations as they can get very busy at dinnertime. We dined at Pizzico and Angelo's--both were very good and have been in business for decades. The accommodations at Jennifer's apartment were comfortable and very clean. We also had a……
