Late night an unknown man opened our door with a keycard and said he got the same room - we called reception, but they did nothing and did not contact us to apologize. We slept really bad and were scared people would get into our room during the night. "We stayed for two nights and this was our favorite hotel out of our two week Scandinavian vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful the room was clean and comfortable and the location was great, right next to the train station. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices. The room was beautiful, as was the lobby and restaurant. Would definitely recommend to others and we would definitely stay again!"
