Quiet and green area. Near Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro, Sarzana and La Spezia. Excellent starting point for visiting the 5 Terre, Lunigiana and the Apuan Alps. The beautiful Baia Blu beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Renovated three-room apartment sleeps 4 (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed), equipped with washing machine, TV, clothes horse, oven, microwave, hairdryer, wi-fi.
The apartment with independent entrance consists of a large double bedroom, entrance hall, living room with sofa bed, small kitchen, large bathroom with shower and window.
A set of linens, dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery are available to guests.
