“This was exactly as pictured. Relatively spacious, comfortable and cozy apartment. Top floor allowed for lots of natural light. Neighborhood seems perfectly safe - there's an elementary school across the street where I took a morning walk and felt safe as a middle aged woman walking alone. Bedding and towels would benefit from an upgrade as they were a bit worn. “Very clean & convenient. We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. ”
