COCOTTE - Rustic villa with private pool and free Wifi

This fantastic villa invites 4 guests to spend a holiday in the middle of nature in the village of Ariany.
The exterior of the house is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, outdoor activities and natural landscapes. On the terrace you will find the chlorine swimming pool, which measures 8 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a depth of 1.4 metres and a depth of 2.1 metres. Next to the pool there are sun loungers to relax in the sun or in the shade of the parasol. The terrace has a porch where you can enjoy alfresco meals prepared on the barbecue. A second porch at the back is prepared for sitting in the shade or playing table tennis.

Moving into the rustic interior, distributed over two floors, you will find a living-dining room where you can lie down to watch the Smart TV and eat the delicious dishes prepared on the gas cooker, equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. On this floor you will find the first bedroom, with a double bed and wardrobes, and a complete bathroom with bathtub. Going upstairs, you have the second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. This room has an exit to a terrace where you can start the day with a breakfast with mountain views. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine and iron offered by the house during your stay.

Ariany is a small and charming village located in the heart of Mallorca, ideal for those looking for tranquility and authenticity on the island. This village, surrounded by cultivated fields and rural landscapes, maintains its traditional essence with quiet streets, stone houses and a relaxed atmosphere. In the surrounding area, there are hiking and cycling trails that allow you to discover the natural beauty of the area. In addition, the village has small shops and restaurants where you can taste the authentic Mallorcan gastronomy in a cosy and familiar atmosphere.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
