Amazing place and locality in Arth. Rooms were super clean and efficient. Breakfast was fantastic and healthy options everywhere. People respect the cleanliness and are very clean.

Staying on the third floor during high temperatures can be tricky. The hotel provided three fans, however the parking lot side of the hotel backs up to a beautiful church, that has bells that chime at all hours. Sleeping with the windows closed made for some hot sleeping quarters. Even with the windows open, for some reason the cool outside air still did not come into the room. Would love to have had an A/C split in the room, it would have made the stay perfect. The breakfast was first rate, and having so many restaurants within walking distance made end of the day dining and a walk by the lake magical! A great stay overall, we will be back.

We loved this property. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The property was really nice and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Arth. It’s on the water which was beautiful but it did make it a little far from the train station. I really liked the self check in process!!!

Nice clean rooms and a good breakfast. Parking spaces were very tight and the lot was always full (holiday weekend). The check-in process was difficult and we had to call support to actually get our key activated; other people were having the same problem. But overall a nice property and a great location.

They stay was great especially being so close to the lake and Rigi. However , the check-in process was such a mess. Our phone from America could not call the help number provided at the self checkin. We had to go to the bar across the street to make the call.

New property that is still in excellent shape in the center of town across from the lake. The room layout was excellent - five beds, two of which were bunk beds. Refrigerator in the room and good shelf space. Really well configured seating and table spaces all in excellent shape. The hanging closet area was a little small for an extended stay, but great for 10-12 hanging items. The staff was REALLY helpful and nice! Breakfast included was excellent, and to have a free on-site laundry was amazing! My only wish was for central air conditioning since it was a warmer weekend. We were on the first floor, so I didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open for the night. It was pretty warm in there, even with the two fans that came with the room. Only one maintenance issue - we had one light in the room that caused a problem. When we turned it on initially, it popped the breaker in the room, and we had to get the staff to reset it. Should be a minor fix when they find the bad wire or faulty ground. Free parking was REALLY nice too. I'd absolutely stay here again, especially in the winter, or in the summer on the second or higher floor!

Very Clean room and hotel. Great Breakfast included. Only staff available as for the breakfast. No private kitchen in the apartment. But there is common kitchen/breakfast area with free coffee anytime. Free laundry/dryer available. Amazing lake across the street. It was so serene to walk along the lake. Restaurants available in the area walking distance. Free parking was available at the hotel parking lot but limited number of spaces. We got the last spot the first night as we came after 8pm having had dinner out. The washroom had separate room for shower and toilet with doors. But no door for the washroom sink area. At least two people need to sleep on the top of the bunk beds.

Brilliant “self run” hotel in a great location across the street from the lake. Super clean and quiet, large room with large bathroom and even a big tv with great channel selection. Perfect hotel experience.

Staff was great and breakfast was always amazing. Espresso machine available for fresh coffees and sparkling water on tap. Parking in back was also very convenient and so was laundry room was sooo great to have. A+++ on this gorgeous place. Highly recommend and already talking about coming back to stay here. Very clean place, easy check-in with instructions sent well in advance, convenient and beautiful location. Well maintained and good option for laundry. Parking was a bit tricky to find at first and in the dark, could use a bit more signage at the street to help with that but was not a problem and easy to get into once we found it.

Nice rooms and clean. Well appointed. The only complaint is the listing said “parking available” but that actually meant there’s public parking and if you can find a space, you have to pay for it. Overall very good and I recommend.

Very clean, nice big rooms with comfortable beds. Super tea and coffee facilities 24 hours a day and very good breakfast. It was a bit warm in ground floor room next to the road, so was too noisy and insecure to open the windows. Expedia states that parking is included, (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) this is incorrect it is €20 a night. We had to contact the hotel to arrange this and spaces are very limited.
