Staff was great and breakfast was always amazing. Espresso machine available for fresh coffees and sparkling water on tap. Parking in back was also very convenient and so was laundry room was sooo great to have. A+++ on this gorgeous place. Highly recommend and already talking about coming back to stay here. Thank you for the experience and hospitality.

Brilliant “self run” hotel in a great location across the street from the lake. Super clean and quiet, large room with large bathroom and even a big tv with great channel selection. Perfect hotel experience.

Very clean place, easy check-in with instructions sent well in advance, convenient and beautiful location. Well maintained and good option for laundry. Parking was a bit tricky to find at first and in the dark, could use a bit more signage at the street to help with that but was not a problem and easy to get into once we found it.

New, comfortable and so clean! Easy to check in, breakfast was good with options displayed in a cute way. Kids loved the bunkbeds! Easy access to the lake and restaurants.

Loved the newness and the breakfast area. Concept was smart for families. Shower pressure excellent along with breakfast/coffee area. I wish there was AC because it was a bit hot for us to sleep although they provided fans.

Very clean, nice big rooms with comfortable beds. Super tea and coffee facilities 24 hours a day and very good breakfast. It was a bit warm in ground floor room next to the road, so was too noisy and insecure to open the windows. Expedia states that parking is included, (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) this is incorrect it is €20 a night. We had to contact the hotel to arrange this and spaces are very limited.

Nice rooms and clean. Well appointed. The only complaint is the listing said “parking available” but that actually meant there’s public parking and if you can find a space, you have to pay for it. Overall very good and I recommend.

Nice hotel, not quite as nice as expected

Lake view was disappointing. Obstructed from the pizzeria across the street, still beautiful but not quite what I was expecting. Check in was rough. I was unable to use my phone or the tablet in the lobby and had to call several times before reaching a person to help. Once we did, they were friendly and helpful. All staff we interacted with were very kind and the room was nice. Bed was stiff.

One of the best places we stayed at. It’s a self service hotel with no personal contact except for breakfast. But you are able to contact anyone if needed. The room was amazing, clean and spacious. There is sitting area next to breakfast room that can be accessed 24 hours with free coffee, tea and water. They do have snacks, soft drink, beer and wine that can be bought through an app. It has many restaurants in walking distance and is the perfect location if you are visiting Stoos ridge and Rigi Mountain. Really recommend this place.

It was a new facility and very clean, but there was NO Air conditioner and it was soooo hot. We were just provided with two small fans. We ended up sleeping with our windows open( we were in the second floor), but it was still too hot. (We booked a room with bunker beds for kids and the ceiling was very low for that. To be fair, the breakfast was decent, the service person was very friendly, and the facility was clean ( except some new paint smell?). However, I paid $400 per night , and expected a bit more. Wouldn’t recommend for hot summer days!

Great location, right on Zugersee and walking distance to many restaurants and a public beach. Easy to get to via train and buses. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The setup.of the rooms is perfect! The place is clean, safe, and wasy to check-in and -out of.
