“Pros: Das schmucke und sehr saubere Häuschen entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr schön gelegen in einem kleinen Ortsteil von San Bernardino, nur wenige Kilometer oberhalb des Sees. Von hier aus erreicht man zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit. Sollte man mit Hund reisen empfiehlt sich ein Besuch des Hundestrandes am Lago di Mergozzo, nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das absolute Highlight waren jedoch die tollen Gastgeber. “We stayed here for a week whilst touring lake Maggiore. Great location as ferry and train station literally 3 mins walk. Great supermarket around the corner. But the piece de resistance is the terrace. Big dining table and 4 chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Paola and her husband are super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thanks ”

My only problem was, being a person with mobility issues (I walk with a cane), I didn't realize that there were over 50 steps down to reach the property.
