“I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. “There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up.
