“The property was very clean and the location exactly as described-just outside of town, extremely quiet but very convenient to Williams. This is described as a two bedroom which I would say is partially true-the main bedroom with the queen bed (which we found not particularly comfortable) is a separate space with a door. The second bedroom with the bunk beds does not have anything separating it from other spaces. There is a hallway from the living room and main bedroom that goes into the second……

“The property was very easy to access, communication with Deron was excellent, and the property is gorgeous! Very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend and if we ever travel to Williams again, we would gladly book again!”

“So so disappointed! The room was pretty much wall-to-wall bed (king size) and the area around the bed was so narrow barely room to walk with one side only able to walk sideways. The room could have been cleaner; dust was thick on some baseboards. On second night, smoke alarm on the (12 ft?) high ceiling started beeping loudly like it needed the battery changed. We called to the office to tell them and it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep (this was in the evening); she said she’d call……

“We enjoyed our stay very much! Clean, well appointed house with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Beds were comfortable.Abby is a great host!”

“Great house, lots of room to spread out in the main living area. It is about 4 blocks from the main strip in Williams. Host responded safe with questions we had. This is a house we would stay in again if we go back to this area for vacation.”

“Good location. Around an hour drive to Grand Canyon. RV was clean. One of the curtains for a bedroom was broken. Lichen had enough utensils to cook.”

“The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out……
