“House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages……

“The check-in process was a nightmare! This is not a hotel but an apartment building called Skye on 6th. When I called Global Luxury Suites C/S on Friday at 4pm (check-in time) for help checking in, I was told I would receive a call back. That never happened. The Global Luxury Suites C/S number is a third party call center. Arianna at the front desk was very helpful even though she is only working for this apartment complex: Skye on 6th. Apparently, the 14th floor is short-term rentals……

“Place was amazing. Very clean and everything in the place looks new. The host was very helpful and very fast in responding to your questions. I would definitely come and stay again. The pool was very nice and relaxing.”

“We really enjoyed the Cozy Suites apartment at The Rey! It’s a cute, well-equipped space and the location to ASU is fantastic. Your communication was wonderful and very much appreciated. One small piece of feedback—upon check-in Friday, there were quite a few messages coming through with different pieces of information. I’m someone who does much better having all of the check-in details in one place, so the number of messages felt a little overwhelming. Certainly not a big deal, just something……

“Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!”
