"We had a great stay at Fairmont. Loved the view from the balcony. Breakfast that was included as part of the stay was quite good. We had plenty of options to choose from. Overall a great experience. Special mention to Robert who welcomed us at the entrance. He was quite helpful with any assistance we required."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay in the hotel. It was clean and quiet, awesome pillows. The breakfast brunch had lots of choices and good coffee. Our late night flight back to Canada was cancelled so we headed back to the Kowloon Hotel at 5 am to see if they had 2 rooms we could book. The hotel was full but we got a room for the following night. We had been up for close to 30 hours, the desk clerk was very kind and allowed us into the upgraded rooms at 1030."
