“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. ”

“Everyone that worked at the hotel was very helpful, friendly and personable.
The thing we did not like was there was a 2 - 4 inch topper mattress that was put over the mattress on the bed. The topper was not the correct size and it moved around. You couldn't sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off and the sheet kept coming off.”

“The main problem is that this is a converted office space with very poor sound proofing. The street facing walls are almost all glass, so you can clearly hear every sound from the street. We also heard conversations from upstairs and next door. When we complained about a loud conversation heard at 03:30 it took the host a long time to respond.”
